For out of town Texas Defenders, we will need to figure out another way to get you the info, and help you get your letters back to us. Call or write me to discuss.What's it all about: We have been asked by our State Chairman to go towork very quickly to get our letters/emails written to the appropriategovernment offices regarding the HIPAA loophole regarding healthcarerestrictions for motorcyclists. We need to act NOW! All our TexasDefenders will be given some helpful information, samples of letters,instructions in content, and how to mail once completed will bediscussed .It is urgent that we take this exercise back to our individual clubs andbring back MORE letters! The ACOC will take care of the postage and mailing; we will explain moredetails on Tuesday night.We will even feed ya if you show up, please allow about an hour for usto complete the training. We all are learning how to work together as agreat team, let's make this our very first SUCCESSFUL campaign!!!!
