This is to inform you that TMRA 2 has no connection to the Biker's Handbook put out by Bone Productions. We have made no contracts with advertisers and have received no money from the sale of Ads or from the sale of the Handbooks. We apologize to anyone who thought otherwise.
We have asked that our name be removed from the website advertising this book and not be used in any way to promote this book.
