Tax Bill

The House Tax Bill passed 2nd reading today by a vote of 73 Ayes to 72 Nays. Four Democrats were absent for the vote. If they return for third reading tomorrow and vote against the Bill the Special Session will end with nothing done on Education and tax again. For the third time.
