EMERGENCY ACTION ALERT

Tonight on C-Span Senator Lautenburg introduced an amendment to the Transportation Reauthorization Bill ( SAFE TEA ) to reinstate the Federal BLackmail that states must have a Mandatory Helmet Law or face the loss of highway construction funds. This Amendment will be voted on tomorrow. Contact both Texas Senators in Washington in the morning and tell them to vote against the Lautenburg Amendment.
