We have been thrown a curve on HB 264 the helmet Bill but it is a very welcome change for us. The Bill has been sent to Law Enforcement instead of Transportation Committee as has always been the case in previous sessions. This should be a much better environment for passage. No calls yet just letters. It shouldn’t be a hard sell to these Reps. Rep Veasey has already said he will support it. Ask all your friends in your district to write also. A postcard is sufficient.
