NEED INFORMATION 

OK Texas Riders. We need a list of riders who have been stopped for riding without a helmet and ticketed even if you had the proof of compliance with the law. We especially need anyone who received an unwarranted helmet ticket after Sept. 1,2001. Let us know if the ticket was finally dismissed or you had to pay a fine.If you were stopped for no helmet and were searched or ticketed for an offense other than not wearing a helmet and no helmet ticket was issued we would appreciate that information also. You should be aware by now we are going to revisit the Amendments on the Texas helmet law that allows for stops for not wearing a helmet. If we are to win we need your support. Email this address with name, city of stop and short information of what happened.Thanks,
