Legislative Update

Here is a little tidbit for addition to the update.


A little add on from the first committee meeting.

When Rep Gruesendorf was questioned about his Resolution to amend the constitution to allow for State property Tax to be instituted his reply was:
I asked legislative attorneys to write the shell bills. He said he had not read the text before they were presented to the full House.

This is the man who will be the leader in extra taxation without specifying that the money goes to schools. He was a leader in the Redistricting Battle and he will be the leader in extracting every penny possible with no strings attached.

During our infancy he was a good man to work with. I guess the Republican majority sent most Repubs into a tail spin. Especially noted in his little area with Senators Harris and Brimer. Our strength lies in the Arlington area. We need to make some adjustments in that area next election.



Have I done that which I can do to the best of my ability?

HELL NO !! - but I'm trying.
