To All Riders and Motorcycle Enthusiast

The TMRA2 is getting the Mayor of Lubbock to declare May motorcycle safety and awareness month. He will so proclaim at the city counsel meeting on the sixth of May at about 10 AM. This is to sponsor the national May motorcycle month and 63 other Texas Cities. We are tying this into the nostalgic movie at the Mahon Library on Wednesday at 6 to 6:30. The first movie will be the Wild Bunch with Marlon Brando. The next week will be Side Car Hackers, and the third week will be The History of Harley Davidson. We want a good turn out for the first movie as we are trying to get news coverage and some TV time. Motorcycles lined up in front of the library. We will also tie this into a PSA campaign with radio stations and newspaper to watch out for the biker this summer.
