You can use this address to send mail to the state office. To get to the office go to Elgin which is 24 miles East of Austin on HWY 290 E. Take Loop 109 off of Hwy. 290 E, go to the signal light (only one in downtown Elgin) go north on FM 3000(also known as N. 2nd Street and Old Lexington Road.) Go 4.1 miles north, watch for Raccoon Rd. on the right and turn into the 2nd driveway on the right after passing this road. It will be well marked.
