TMRA2 Legislative Update

We accept the resignation of nobody, Brian Horn and the Closure of the chapter.   Adam Barker has now volunteered and is assigned the new District Advisor for Senate District 3.

Thanks to nobody for all his hard work for TMRA2, please return all TMRA2 Patches, banners etc. to TMRA2  275 Old Lexington Rd. Elgin, Texas  78621.

Trena Mitchell will serve 12 years in prison for the manslaughter of Richard Craig “Hat Trick” Schroeder.  She will be eligible for parole in three years.

US Defenders /C.O.I.R. ,TMRA2, TCOC & I, United Clubs of Texas

 Please be advised of the jury selection and sentencing of defendant Trena Mitchell tomorrow morning at the McLennan County Courthouse. We are NOT endorsing a huge turnout at the proceedings, but would like to see some support for the family of B.A.C.A Craig “Hat Trick” Schroeder to attend if possible. If you are available Monday morning to make the trip to Waco, jury selection starts at 8:30 with the trial to follow. 

Through our CTA,(Call To Action) regarding this case we have achieved our goal of increasing the public awareness, and the need to pursue justice for ALL of the cases involving motorcyclists in our State. We feel confident that the citizens that make up the jury will reach a verdict of guilty and help us bring some closure to this case. Our thought and prayers are with Hat Trick’s family in this most difficult of times.

 Spread the word to everyone to watch this case, be there if you can but remember to be respectful at all times! Do not let your emotions have the wrong effect, do not make any statements to the press you might regret later.

 We appreciate the support and hard work of our COMBINED motorcycle community in achieving our goal, punishment to fit the crime and justice for HAT TRICK!
